Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligning with market forecasts and R&D priorities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite to translate strategic vision into actionable development initiatives
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and strategic progress
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints bridging engineering, design, and business units
- Represent company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech advisory
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Certified in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills translating complex concepts to executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Experience scaling innovation programs in hybrid/remote environments
