Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, utilizing Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and designers, to translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering department.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development process.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale software projects on time and within budget.
- Expert knowledge of modern programming languages (Python, Go, Java) and cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
