Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration and AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align R&D with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, quantum encryption)
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking and risk mitigation
- Partner with academic institutions to shape future curricula in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurology
- Proven track record scaling technology portfolios from concept to $1B+ valuation
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US Quantum Initiative)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, C++, or Rust)
- Experience with venture capital due diligence and M&A tech integrations
