- Develop innovation frameworks aligned with ESG goals and regulatory landscapes
- Manage R&D budgets exceeding $10M for future-focused projects
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies
- Produce quarterly tech impact reports for stakeholders
- Lead pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong network in Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
