What You'll Achieve: Lead cross-disciplinary initiatives to prototype and scale breakthrough technologies, influence industry standards through thought leadership, and build strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions. Your work will directly impact how 1B+ users experience technology by 2030.
Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and climate tech verticals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $1M+ market potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary tech solutions
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems
- Drive adoption of ethical tech frameworks across product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
