Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, defining clear milestones and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct advanced foresight analysis on industry trends, technological disruptions, and competitive landscapes relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Collaborate with C-suite leadership to integrate 2026 strategic goals into departmental operational plans.
- Identify and assess risks and opportunities associated with long-term strategic initiatives.
- Present complex strategic proposals to the Board of Directors and external stakeholders.
- Drive organizational change management to ensure successful adoption of 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Proven track record of leading organizational change and long-term planning cycles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable, high-level insights.
- Experience in forecasting market trends and setting long-term business objectives.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
