Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and trend analysis

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating quantum computing, neurotech, and circular economy principles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor committees with data-backed future projections
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and World Economic Forum's Global Future Councils
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists while publishing thought leadership in Nature Futures and Harvard Business Review
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience with 10+ years in strategic innovation
- Proven track record of successfully predicting market shifts (demonstrated by case studies with measurable outcomes)
- Expertise in AI ethics, biotech governance, and sustainable transition frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Oxford Foresight Programme)
- Portfolio showcasing 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy rate
- Fluency in futures methodologies: Delphi technique, causal layered analysis, and cross-impact matrices
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders with executive presence
