- Source, vet, and deploy 50+ qualified candidates weekly through our proprietary digital platform
- Implement predictive staffing algorithms to optimize weekend shift coverage
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and rapid issue resolution
- Develop weekend-specific recruitment campaigns targeting Milwaukee's untapped talent pools
- Conduct on-demand virtual interviews and background screenings
- Analyze weekend performance metrics to refine staffing strategies
- Mentor junior coordinators in weekend-specific compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing/recruitment with demonstrated weekend shift expertise
- Advanced proficiency in ATS systems and data-driven staffing tools
- Valid Wisconsin staffing license and OSHA 30-hour certification
