Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications for daily pay roles.
- Screen and review resumes to match candidates with available job openings in Tampa.
- Manage the full applicant lifecycle, from resume screening to job offer and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timeframes.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Process payroll documentation and ensure all compliance paperwork is completed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses in the Tampa area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (ATS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously.
