Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates using ATS and social recruiting platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions in competitive markets
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and candidate pipelines
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with proven track record in LA market
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate relationship management
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid California staffing agency license (preferred)
- Experience with high-volume recruitment in tech or healthcare sectors
