Responsibilities
- Sourcel and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across Memphis
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, and networking to identify passive candidates
- Ensure compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
- Meet monthly KPIs including placement ratios and client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of Memphis job market dynamics
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
