Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in temporary positions
- Build and maintain relationships with local Philadelphia businesses
- Process daily payroll for temporary staff within 24 hours
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new placements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Track performance metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if client site visits required)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with daily payroll processing preferred
- Knowledge of Philadelphia labor market advantageous
