Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Develop deep client relationships to understand evolving hiring needs
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for candidate management
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive salary benchmarks
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or corporate environment
- Proven success in high-volume placements across multiple industries
- Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean searches and social recruiting
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification highly desirable
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate value propositions
- Results-driven mindset with track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
