Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, finance, and government
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Drive business growth by exceeding quarterly placement targets and KPIs
- Stay current with labor market trends and compliance regulations
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team training initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and placement
- Strong network of candidates and industry connections in the DC metro area
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
