Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon focusing on AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Analyze emerging tech trends and their market impact through predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions
- Advocate for ethical tech integration and responsible innovation frameworks
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Strong background in market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Planning or Technology Management preferred
