Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our long-term technology vision, identifying key trends in AI and quantum computing to stay ahead of market demands.
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native architectures that can support high-velocity growth and complex computational tasks.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee research projects focused on emerging technologies, ensuring our prototypes transition into production-ready solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish and enforce high engineering standards, conducting rigorous code reviews and mentoring junior architects and developers.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze system performance and implement optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime and minimal latency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, neural networks, and how to integrate AI into legacy systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to translate abstract business concepts into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
