Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for federal healthcare portal modernization
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems in Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders and federal partners
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Maintain consistent design language across 15+ digital products
Qualifications
- 5+ years UX/UI design experience with federal/government projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design and accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1)
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT regulations (HIPAA, 21st Century Cures Act)
- Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
