As a contract designer, you will bridge the gap between user needs and business goals, delivering seamless digital products that drive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end user research and wireframing to define product requirements.
- Design high-fidelity, responsive UI mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure design fidelity.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Sketch).
- A strong, polished portfolio showcasing mobile and web design projects.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced contract environment.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to San Diego, CA.
