Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping using industry-standard tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to define product requirements and translate them into visual designs.
- Design responsive web and mobile interfaces that are accessible and scalable across all devices.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating on designs rapidly.
- Maintain a consistent visual language and design system across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic prototyping skills is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a contract setting.
