Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, from concept wireframes to high-fidelity visual designs.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
- Create intuitive user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Maintain and contribute to our internal design system to ensure consistency across all products.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with both desktop and mobile interfaces.
- Experience with HTML5 and CSS3 is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
