Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs for responsive web and mobile applications
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring brand consistency
- Conduct user interviews and usability studies to validate design decisions
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user data
- Maintain and iterate upon design documentation and style guides
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with B2B SaaS or fintech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodology
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Proficiency in user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Agile/Scrum experience in fast-paced development environments
