Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Maintain and evolve brand design guidelines across digital platforms

Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (surveys, interviews, testing)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive designs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio showcasing mobile-first design solutions
- Background in fintech or SaaS applications preferred
