This remote-friendly role requires on-site collaboration 2 days/week in our Beverly Hills office. Work with cross-functional teams to transform complex user needs into elegant, accessible interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for mobile banking applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct competitor analysis and industry trend research
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Portfolio demonstrating mobile-first design solutions
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered designs
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
