- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption readiness
- Build strategic partnerships with academic labs and global tech consortia
- Present technology briefings to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years focused on 2026+ tech trends
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI safety, or climate-tech AI
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ ARR impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or similar advanced credential
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future tech scenarios
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global market expansion
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable tech architecture implementations
