Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical audits using tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Google Search Console to identify and resolve crawl errors, indexability issues, and site speed bottlenecks.
- Lead the implementation of schema markup (JSON-LD) and structured data to enhance rich snippet visibility and search engine understanding.
- Collaborate closely with frontend and backend developers to optimize page load times, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.
- Develop and execute data-driven content strategies that align with user intent and high-value keyword clusters.
- Manage and oversee off-page link-building campaigns to acquire high-authority, relevant backlinks.
- Generate monthly performance reports and actionable insights to demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a specific focus on Technical SEO.
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (SSG).
- Proficiency in SEO auditing tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable engineering tasks.
- Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize) to test SEO variations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
