Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable systems for future technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain).
- Define the technical roadmap and standards for the 2026 product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies and evaluate their integration potential.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide technical strategy across the organization.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met across all new initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems under tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving field.
- Strong communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
