Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles, including strategy, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media networking, and direct outreach, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage a high volume of requisitions, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and timely placements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and market trends.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging skill sets and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting or staffing within the Washington DC metro area.
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong network within the local DC tech and professional communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Ability to thrive in a results-driven, commission-based environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
