Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced Boolean search and AI-driven platforms to identify passive candidates in niche tech stacks (Python, Rust, Rusty, AI/ML).
- End-to-End Management: Own the full lifecycle of recruitment, from defining job specs to negotiating offers and closing high-value candidates.
- Market Intelligence: Provide insights on salary benchmarks and talent trends to shape our clients' hiring strategies.
- Client Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, understanding their long-term vision to find the perfect cultural and technical fit.
- Pipeline Optimization: Manage a robust talent pipeline to ensure a constant flow of qualified applicants for urgent requisitions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a specific focus on Software Engineering, Data Science, or AI.
- Tools: Proficiency in modern ATS (Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (HireEZ, SeekOut).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Network: Strong existing network within the Bay Area tech ecosystem.
- Drive: A hunter mentality with a proven track record of exceeding quota and meeting tight deadlines.
