Responsibilities
- Forecast technology disruptions and market shifts through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning emerging tech with business objectives for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities in AI, IoT, and AR/VR
- Produce executive-ready reports on technological risks and competitive landscape evolution
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across product development and operations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent company at global tech foresight conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or strategic foresight
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Roadmapping preferred
