Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for critical technical roles, including Full Stack Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Security Specialists, specifically for the 2026 event infrastructure.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using advanced Boolean search, social recruiting, and direct outreach to identify top-tier passive candidates.
- Partner closely with Engineering leadership to understand technical requirements and craft compelling value propositions to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a seamless interview process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for the 2026 project, utilizing CRM tools effectively to track pipeline metrics.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote employer branding initiatives targeting the tech community.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably within the Tech or Sports industry.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting hard-to-fill engineering roles at high-growth companies or large-scale events.
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (e.g., React, Node.js, AWS, Kubernetes) and the ability to assess technical competency effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment aligned with a major global event timeline.
