Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists across NYC tech hub
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-stakes technical roles at leading financial institutions and startups
- Leverage Boolean strings, GitHub sourcing, and niche platforms to build diverse candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with CTOs and Engineering VPs to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Implement ATS workflows and optimize recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate)
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in NYC market
- Expertise in sourcing AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and fintech talent
- Deep understanding of technical assessments, whiteboarding, and behavioral interview frameworks
- Proficiency in Lever, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter with advanced Boolean mastery
- Track record of closing 15+ technical roles quarterly with 90%+ offer acceptance
- Compensation negotiation skills for $150K+ senior engineering roles
- CSA or CTS certification preferred
