Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for diverse client positions across tech, healthcare, and administrative sectors
- Conduct engaging phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) with precision and attention to detail
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and market trends
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Represent our agency at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year recruitment or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong organizational abilities with multi-tasking capability
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
