Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers across NY's tech ecosystem
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop strategic partnerships with NYC-based tech companies
- Optimize recruitment funnels using LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview panels
- Analyze market trends to refine recruitment strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters on sourcing methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience in NYC market
- Expertise in sourcing AI/ML, Cloud, and DevOps talent
- Proven track record placing 50+ engineers annually
- Advanced knowledge of ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Strong technical acumen to evaluate engineering skillsets
- Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities
