As a key member of our Denver branch, you will own the full lifecycle of recruitment for our high-growth technical clients. This is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to build a legacy in the staffing industry.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT, DevOps).
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from building talent pipelines to extending offers and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical needs.
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and social recruiting to find passive talent.
- Conduct market research to advise clients on salary benchmarks and talent availability in the Denver market.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Software Engineering, IT, or related technical fields.
- Deep understanding of the Denver job market and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and commission-based income.
