Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles (Python, Java, DevOps, Data Science)
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for 15-20 active client accounts
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate competency through whiteboard challenges
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client technical requirements
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment metrics
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Proven track record placing software engineers in Chicago market
- Deep understanding of full-stack, mobile, and cloud technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate offers
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Technical aptitude to evaluate code quality and system architecture
- Active SHRM or CSP certification preferred
