Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Conduct technical screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and tech industry stakeholders
- Utilize our proprietary ATS and CRM tools to track pipeline metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with a team of recruiters to share market intelligence and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements annually in competitive markets
- Deep understanding of tech stacks (JavaScript, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to assess technical aptitude
- Experience working with staffing agencies or high-volume recruitment environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in recruitment tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn) and social recruiting
