Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for full-time positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic talent mapping
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS systems
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical competency
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding support
- Analyze market trends and compensation benchmarks to provide competitive hiring solutions
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our CRM and ATS platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through advanced search techniques
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with client and candidate stakeholders
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Ohio staffing industry certification preferred
