Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, finance, and healthcare
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding support
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize strategies for candidate conversion rates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless candidate-client matching
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with staffing agencies or corporate HR
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical and professional roles
- Strong knowledge of North Carolina's job market and talent pools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with client-facing experience
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
