Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through advanced recruitment strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and talent mapping
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse clients including Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups
- Develop deep industry expertise to provide strategic talent consulting to key accounts
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment metrics including time-to-fill and candidate quality
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and C-suite executives
- Mentor junior recruiters while implementing innovative recruitment technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with staffing agencies or corporate talent acquisition
- Proven success in placing candidates across technical, professional, and executive roles
- Expert knowledge of Illinois' labor market and industry-specific talent trends
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) with data-driven recruitment approach
- Strong negotiation and consultative skills with executive presence
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
