Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in technical, healthcare, and professional roles
- Develop and maintain client relationships through strategic account management
- Implement creative sourcing strategies including social media recruitment and talent mapping
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and salary benchmarks
- Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing or agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn and Boolean search
- Strong understanding of North Carolina's job market dynamics
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems like Bullhorn or Greenhouse
