Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across technical, clinical, and executive roles using Boolean search and AI-powered tools
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent positions with 48-hour response SLAs
- Develop deep client partnerships through quarterly business reviews and pipeline strategy sessions
- Implement diversity hiring initiatives to meet 40%+ inclusion targets for enterprise clients
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal $1.2M annual billing goal
- Utilize Greenhouse and Lever ATS to optimize candidate experience and conversion rates
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate or agency staffing with proven $1M+ annual billing history
- Expertise in niche recruiting (healthcare IT, energy engineering, or software development)
- SHRM-SCP or CER-SP certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Louisiana labor laws and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in recruitment analytics tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights
- Exceptional negotiation skills with 85% offer acceptance rate
- Valid Louisiana driver's license for client site visits
