Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for permanent/temporary positions across multiple industries
- Develop strategic sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and our internal ATS
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments for technical/non-technical roles
- Build and nurture relationships with 50+ active client companies monthly
- Manage recruitment pipeline metrics including time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates
- Mentor junior recruiters on compliance and diversity hiring best practices
- Present market insights and salary benchmark reports to clients quarterly
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Proven track record of placing 20+ candidates quarterly
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Strong understanding of EEOC and OFCCP compliance
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Memphis market knowledge or willingness to develop deep local expertise
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
