Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates for C-suite to mid-level positions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Cultivate relationships with 50+ key clients including Dell, Tesla, and Austin-based unicorns
- Leverage AI-driven ATS tools and predictive analytics to optimize hiring efficiency
- Lead recruitment marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven talent acquisition recommendations
- Mentor junior recruiters and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of high-volume/staffing agency recruitment experience with $1M+ annual placements
- Proven track record of closing 50+ placements/year with 85% client retention
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter Navigator
- SHRM-SCP or CERM certification strongly preferred
- Deep network connections within Texas tech/finance communities
- Advanced proficiency in Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn ATS systems
- Ability to travel 15% for client meetings and industry events
