Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates for diverse industry positions using cutting-edge recruitment technologies
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and digital sourcing
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure perfect role alignment
- Collaborate with corporate clients to understand hiring needs and develop customized staffing solutions
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights for client hiring strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our proprietary CRM system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment or staffing agency environment
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry events
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with track record of exceeding placement targets
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Excellent interpersonal communication and client relationship management abilities
- SHRM-SCP or CERC certification preferred
