Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top-tier candidates for permanent and contract roles across diverse industries
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients in Philadelphia
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends and salary benchmarks
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
- Mentor junior recruiters to enhance team performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical or professional roles
- Expert knowledge of Philadelphia's talent market and industry networks
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- SHRM-SCP or CERS certification preferred
