Responsibilities
- Source and screen top-tier candidates across technical, healthcare, and corporate sectors
- Execute full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding
- Develop and nurture strategic client partnerships in Tucson's thriving business community
- Leverage ATS platforms and innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and salary benchmarks
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems
- Deep knowledge of Tucson's talent landscape and industry sectors
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
