- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and job orders
- Analyze staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in staffing/recruitment with night shift focus
- Strong knowledge of Austin's 24/7 industry landscape
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Texas staffing agency license preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including overnight shifts
