Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse client industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate placement
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and skill alignment
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track recruitment metrics
- Stay current with local labor market trends and salary benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and candidate relationship management
- Strong knowledge of Sacramento's professional job market dynamics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
