- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-demand tech and healthcare roles
- Develop strategic partnerships with 15+ corporate clients in Atlanta metro
- Implement ATS-driven sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean logic
- Lead candidate assessment and interview coordination for 50+ placements quarterly
- Analyze market trends to optimize compensation benchmarks and attraction strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters on compliance and DEI best practices
- Drive 20% year-over-year revenue growth through client relationship expansion
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency/staffing experience with tech/healthcare specialization
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Expertise in Georgia's talent market dynamics
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
