Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 clients in technology, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche job boards
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through targeted networking and outreach
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to align talent solutions with business objectives
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to position candidates competitively
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize internal recruitment processes
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of placing technical professionals (engineers, developers, data scientists)
- Expert knowledge of Miami's talent market and local industry dynamics
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) with data-driven reporting skills
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Spanish fluency required for bilingual client/candidate interactions
